Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with staff across levels in various functionaries.
  • Lead Research, Analysis and Develop new products.
  • Contribute to the new strategies of growth with creativity.
  • Evaluate globally markets and create new in-roads into the competition.
  • Play an advisory role to the internal clients.
  • Customer Service and relations.
 
Job Requirements:
  • Definite experience in F&B environment (Chinese, Western OR Japanese).
  • Experience in lead Chef or restaurant manager.
  • Has about 10 yrs of experience.
  • Preferably aged between 35-45 yrs.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Creative or artistic personality.
