Job Title: Staffing Manager
 
 
Responsibilities:
  • The hiring process and recruiting of all positions within the region.
  • Managing all aspects of the hiring process from the point of requisition approval through posting, sourcing, pre-screening, ensuring the interview process is smooth and trouble free, making offers and closing candidates.
  • Building and developing relationships with hiring managers and HR partners to identify issues, assess current and future needs, and develop appropriate strategies for hiring.
  • Ensuring that our client is recruiting effectively and for the exact positions and candidates desired.
  • Achieving key metrics related to cost, quality, time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Training, coaching/mentoring, and developing team members' skills in assigned geographic/functional area.
  • Evaluating team members' performance and maintain quality of hires.
  • Leading team members in developing creative, alternative, low cost and highly effective sourcing methods.
  • Encouraging innovative thinking/problem solving among team members, partners & customers to improve business results.
  • Ensuring hiring managers have access to a sufficient high quality applicant pool.
  • Partnering with the compensation team and HR Partners to determine appropriate total compensation packages for new and existing positions.
 
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of total experience with 5+ years of experience in Recruiting in a competitive environment.
  • Demonstrated success in identifying top sources of qualified candidates and ability to hire the best.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with candidates and hiring managers at all levels professionally and effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, influence and negotiate across the organization.
  • Requires in-depth knowledge of the recruiting process, sourcing strategies and options, interviewing techniques, and candidate management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Flexibility to travel.
