| Responsibilities: |
- Support
the Staffing Manager to meet recruitment goals and objectives.

Act as a contact point for all recruiting matters and servicing
internal and external customers.

Liaise with external recruitment channels, advertising agencies
and universities.

Track, update and report on recruitment status, including the
cost-benefits data compilation on various recruitment approaches.
-
Post job advertisements, manage database, screen applications/references
and respond to all applicants.

Requirements: |
-
Degree holder with a PG Diploma in Human Resources Management
-
4-6 years of work experience in Human Resources, with last 2-3
years specializing in staffing.
-
Experience in a MNC environment or with a recruitment company.
-
High Proficiency in PC applications including MS Office applications
and resume databases.
-
Self-motivated, a team player who takes initiatives, has effective
customer relationship skills, and is able to work under pressure.
