Job Title: Staffing Specialist
 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Support the Staffing Manager to meet recruitment goals and objectives.
  • Act as a contact point for all recruiting matters and servicing internal and external customers.
  • Liaise with external recruitment channels, advertising agencies and universities.
  • Track, update and report on recruitment status, including the cost-benefits data compilation on various recruitment approaches.
  • Post job advertisements, manage database, screen applications/references and respond to all applicants.
 
Job Requirements:
  • Degree holder with a PG Diploma in Human Resources Management
  • 4-6 years of work experience in Human Resources, with last 2-3 years specializing in staffing.
  • Experience in a MNC environment or with a recruitment company.
  • High Proficiency in PC applications including MS Office applications and resume databases.
  • Self-motivated, a team player who takes initiatives, has effective customer relationship skills, and is able to work under pressure.
