Andrew Choi is a Senior Consultant with HRM3 Asia. He brings with him over 20 years of extensive business experience in Hong Kong and China, with 15 years in senior managerial roles in General Management, Sales & Marketing and Human Resources Development.

He has strong qualities in interpersonal skills, team-building, business development and client management. The extensive working experience in Hong Kong, Beijing, Shenzhen and Xian of PR China under multi-cultural environments has increased his cultural sensitivity when delivering consulting solutions to clients from different countries.

In particular, Andrew is familiar with China business practices and methodologies, as well as having a good understanding about the mentality and culture of PRC local nationals. He was an entrepreneur who started his manufacturing venture in China as co-founder at the turn of the Century where he managed the company as Assistant General Manager.

Prior to that, Andrew had been working in leading insurance organizations as senior manager for about 13 years. He was a prominent figure in the Hong Kong Insurance Industry and co-led a renowned insurance association in serving the industry and society for years.

Andrew has completed several group facilitation, training, presentation and coaching programs. He has addressed wide spectrum of audiences, including business leaders, government officials, industry experts, customers and colleagues from different cultures.

His recent assignments include facilitating Career Transition workshops and providing individual coaching for participants in various functions including Sales, Sales Management and Technical/Engineering of multinational companies in the IT, Telecom, FMCG and Logistics ndustries in the Greater China Region.

Andrew speaks excellent Putonghua, English, Cantonese, and conversational German. An Associate and Chartered Insurance Practitioner of the Chartered Insurance Institute (UK), Andrew was awarded the Professional Diploma in Business Studies by the Polytechnic University, Hong Kong in 1985.
