Ting Hsiao is a Managing Consultant with HRM3 Asia. Prior to joining HRM3, he was the General Manager of Convergys Broadband Taiwan where he established the new presence of Convergys in Taiwan, directed marketing and technical teams. Over the past 20 years, he has held various senior management positions in R&D, IT, broadband & cable TV, electronics, and manufacturing industries in the United States and Taiwan. Ting's professional career includes 15 years in the United States as engineer and researcher with progressive management positions as Technical Leader, Principal Engineer, Member of Technical Staff and another 10 years of senor management responsibilities in Taiwan where he provided in-depth knowledge and practical solutions to clients to meet and exceed business expectations.

Ting holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from San Jose State University, California, United States. He lectures part-time on technology trends in Taiwan and has presented numerous research papers on company start-up, funding and new product evaluation in the United States and Taiwan. Some companies he has consulted with include China Network Systems, Taiwan's largest cable TV consortium and MedicalChain, a medical device manufacturing company.
