Tong Suit Ping (Ms) has over 20 years experience in Corporate Human Resource in US MNCs in electronics manufacturing & information technology industries and Human Resource consulting in US & Singapore MNCs. Some of these companies where she has held HR Leadership positions include Hewlett Packard, Sun Microsystems, Delco Electronics, Maxtor, AT&T, Frontline Technologies and  Aon Consulting.

Her work in senior management covered Asia Pacific countries & Singapore in the areas of human resource business planning, opening up offices requiring HR start up skills and organizational transformation to meet with new business cycles and changes. This can range from recruitment processes, evolving compensation & benefits, business driven performance management systems, human resource information systems, mergers & acquisitions, outsourcing needs, organizational restructuring, training & learning development.

Suit Ping holds a Master’s degree in Education in Human Resource Development from George Washington University, USA, Graduate Diploma in HR Management from Singapore Institute of Management, & Bachelor’s degree in Sociology & History from the National University of Singapore.  She is a Professional Member of the Singapore HR Institute and contributed as a lecturer to students taking Diploma in Compensation & Benefits at the Singapore HR Institute.
