Outplacement Consulting Services
An increasing number of organisations are having to face difficult decisions where they have to layoff their employees due to outsourcing, mergers and acquisitions, strategic alignment initiatives etc.

An outplacement/retrenchment exercise is an extremely delicate execution where much is at stake. Some of the issues that many organisations do not place enough attention include:

Career Transition Services
For outplaced employees, we enable and support them to plan their career advancement before and after they leave their current positions. We help our clients to move on by assuming responsibility for a process that few human resource departments are prepared for. These career management services to participants can be delivered on for outplaced employees of various levels including:

1) Executive Level (Group Program with 1:1 Sessions)
2) Managerial Level (1:1 Sessions; Duration of 2 months)
3) Directorship Level (1:1 Sessions; Duration of 3 months)
